The Juniper QSFP-100G-ER4L compatible module is a carrier-grade 100Gbps QSFP28 transceiver, designed for high-capacity metropolitan networks and data center interconnects (DCI). Utilizing 1310nm LAN-WDM technology with Duplex LC connector, it achieves a stable 40km reach over Single-Mode Fiber (SMF) when used in conjunction with Host-side FEC.  Q9:Can 100G QSFP28 ER4L transceiver be linked with 10G SFP+ER?A:NO, you can not connect 100G ER4L with 10G ER. Their speed  is different(100G vs 10G),  different wavelengths (1310nm vs 1550nm), and they operate different modulation techniques.
